Dr Plangsat B. Dayil is a strong Gender analysis professional and Public Policy and Development Expert. She has a B.Sc. in Political Science and a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Jos, and her Doctorate Degree in African Studies from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom focused on Gender and Conflict. Dr Dayil is an experienced Development Analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. She is skilled in Project Management and Evaluation, Policy Analysis, Advocacy and Communication, Research and Teaching. Dr Dayil served as the interim Director of the University of Jos Center for Gender and Women Studies (CGWS) from 2017 to 2022.
