Dr. Ayakeme E. Whisky
Dr. Ayakeme E. Whisky, FSM, is the Chairman of the Bayelsa State Chapter of the Institute. He is the Chairman, Board of Directors of the Bayelsa State Government owned Izon Microfinance Bank Ltd (IMB). He holds a PhD in Banking and Finance from the prestigious University of Port Harcourt, Choba, Port Harcourt. He had previously held top level management positions in both the private and public sectors including serving his state as the Commissioner for Lands and Housing as well as Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development. Since his election as the Chapter Chairman, he has strived to build a united, responsible and accountable leadership through proactive initiatives.
