Onwuka Ernest Onyebuchi
Onwuka Ernest Onyebuchi is a Civil Servant. He is a graduate of Edo State University, Ekpoma, where he obtained B.A(Hons) History in 1994 and later a Master of Science in Public Administration, from NOUN in 2017. He was recruited into the Delta State Civil Service in 1997 and rose through the ranks and held various positions while carrying out designated assignments in different ministries, departments and agencies. He is currently the Head of General Services Unit in the Directorate of Government House and Protocol, Asaba. He is the Chairman of ISMN(Chartered), Delta State and a Knight of Saint Christopher, Church of Nigeria(Anglican Communion).
